ReignHelp & Support
What states is Reign available in?
Free contests are available across the United States. Paid skill games (duels and paid tournaments) are not available in the following states due to skill-game competition regulations: Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Washington. Some games have their own state limits: paid 2048 is not available in Hawaii, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, New Jersey and Oklahoma; paid Pairs is not available in Hawaii, Kansas, Kentucky and Oklahoma. Deposits and every other game stay open in those states. When you deposit or enter a paid game, Reign checks where you are from your internet connection's IP address. Paid play is refused from outside the United States. Deposits are refused there too, and both are refused when your location cannot be determined. Nothing is charged for a refused attempt.
What are the age requirements?
You must be at least 18 years old to use Reign, or 21 in Arizona, Iowa and Massachusetts. You give your date of birth before your first cash entry, deposit or withdrawal, and it is checked against the minimum age for your state.
Can I have multiple accounts?
No. Each person is limited to one Reign account. Creating multiple accounts violates our Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of balances.
Is Pick really free?
Yes. Pick contests are always free to play. No Cash or payment of any kind is required. Prize amounts are fixed and funded by Reign, not by other users' entries.
Can I change my picks after submitting?
Yes, you can update your picks anytime before the contest locks. Once the contest locks, all picks are final.
What are Duels?
Head to head is available on 9 games: Decode, Fortune, Anagram, Sudoku, 2048, Pairs, Throne, Hierarchy, and Carousel. Stakes are $0.60, $1.20, $3.00, $6.00, $15.00, and both players put up the same amount. Daily tournaments run on 9 games: Decode, Fortune, Anagram, Sudoku, 2048, Pairs, Throne, Hierarchy, and Carousel. A daily tournament entry is $0.50. Reign keeps 16.67 percent of a head to head pot.
What buy-in amounts are available?
Duels offer a full buy-in ladder: $0.60, $1.20, $3.00, $6.00, $15.00. You can select any amount you can afford from your balance. Entries and subscriptions are paid from your balance, Bonus Cash first.
How are duels matched?
You either take an open duel another player posted, or post your own at a game and stake you choose for someone else to take. Whoever takes it pays the same stake and gets the identical puzzle. Nobody is sorted by skill level: any player on that game at that stake can be your opponent.
What happens if I miss a day?
Nothing is lost. A day with no pick simply pauses your run: the count stays where you left it and climbs again with your next correct pick. You can pause as often as you need.
Are Cash prizes taxable?
Cash prizes may be subject to taxes depending on your location. You are responsible for reporting applicable taxes. Reign may issue tax documentation for prizes exceeding legal reporting thresholds.
What is the Top Players feature?
Top Players is the Reign leaderboard for high-performing users. As you make picks in free daily contests, your win rate and record are tracked. Strong performers appear on the leaderboard. You can subscribe to a top player to receive their pre-game pick alerts.
Does subscribing guarantee better results?
No. Subscriptions give you access to a player's picks and insights, but all contest entries are your own decision. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. Reign never sees or stores your full card details. Your financial data is encrypted end to end.
